Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Should take 2 to 5 business depending on the location.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Title to Products
Purchases of product through shop-lbb.myshopify.com are subject to the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and LBB Supplies is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after package is shipped.

Priority shipping 

Priority shipping  usually takes 1-2  business days, does not include Sunday and holiday days. Priority shipping is only valid when the full amount is paid.

Using "freeship" will disregard the priority shipping and change to Standard shipping.
