Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Should take 2 to 5 business depending on the location.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Title to Products
Purchases of product through shop-lbb.myshopify.com are subject to the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and ShopLBB Supplies is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after package is shipped.
